Using Chatoox

Chatoox helps you manage customers, orders and replies. You are responsible for your account, your keys, and what you send to customers and couriers.

Check before you act

AI results and delivery history are guidance and can be wrong. Check addresses, amounts and replies before using them. You make the final decision on every order and message.

Other services

Chatoox works alongside Facebook, couriers and AI companies, which have their own terms and charges. You must follow them. Chatoox is not made or endorsed by Meta or by any courier. Those services can change or stop working with Chatoox at any time.

Fair use

Do not use Chatoox to send spam, harass people, or handle information you have no right to use.

Availability

We work to keep Chatoox running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses such as lost parcels, failed deliveries or missed sales.
